Most people live on autopilot and then they complain that their life is unsatisfying. It takes a level of trust, commitment, and self-worth to create the life of your dreams. First and foremost, you need to define your vision and then make an action plan. Let’s start with your vision.
Define Your Vision
- Write down a list of things you didn’t like about the recent past and include why you didn’t like it. Your Why is a very important part of your vision. You need to know your WHY in order to define your motivation. Motivation will create the momentum that will lead to your success. Write down a list of things that you enjoyed in the past. Include every troubling area of your life, such as relationships, work, money, and health. Then, write down WHY you did enjoy these things.
